Shipping costs

Unless otherwise specified in the deal details are included in the deal price.

As a rule when the deal price is less than or equal to $40 we will send the item out via Australia Std Postage.

Where the deal price is over $40 we will send out the item via Australia Express Post with a tracking code.

Should the item require specific shipping or courier service, this price may be added at checkout but you will be notified on the deal page that there is an additional cost to factor in before considering your purchase.

Australia Wide Delivery- All items are shipped within 10 days after the deal ending. (usually sooner!!!) Should there by delays from the supplier or vendor – you will be notified by email.

Once Shipped you can expect your item within 3 -7 days depending on our location (if shipped standard mail) and overnight is shipped via express.

International Orders – We currently ship to New Zealand (more international destinations coming soon)

We currently ship to New Zealand too. The price of the deal will factor in International Standard Shipping costs.

Please allow up to 21 days from the day of shipment.

Non Receipt of Item

In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your item within the expected time frame – please contact us immediately and will track the item for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Where an item is faulty through no fault of the buyer we will offer exchange for the same deal item where possible.
Should the item be out of stock you will be provided with the choice to receive a full refund or choice of alternative item.
